Privacy

PDF Wire is designed to work without collecting your documents or your personal information.

Your documents

  • PDFs you open and documents you create are processed in your web browser. They aren’t uploaded to PDF Wire or anyone else.
  • Drafts are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device so you don’t lose work. Nobody else can see them. To remove them, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
  • Files you download, such as PDFs, drafts and reports, are saved directly to your device.

What the editor loads from other services

To run, the editor loads two things from public content delivery networks. These services can see your IP address, as with any website request, but they don’t receive your documents.
